CAT-2P Rewinder for the
Primera LX800 Printer
The
new LX800 Color Label Printer from Primera Technology, Inc. has already
met with great success in the marketplace. As you may know, inkjet
printers are more susceptible to banding or registration problems if the
web is pulled during printing. LABELMATE worked with the Primera
Technical Team to develop a special rewinder that puts the least possible
tension on the web so that print quality is not affected. The CAT-2P
includes a special Sensor Arm that tracks the labels coming from the LX800
and adjusts the rewinding action accordingly.
The
CAT-2P is the only rewinder certified by Primera for use with the LX800.
There are eight different configurations available for the CAT-2P Rewinder.
These include LABELMATE's "Quick-Chuck" quick-locking fore chucks that are
ideal for production applications. Also available are standard
fin-type core holders. There is even a model with a Universal
Adjustable Core Holder (ACH) that accepts any core diameter from 1" to 4".
