Labelmate Slitters
|
Labelmate S-100-SP
 |
Self-powered
off-line label slitter with 90-250VAC, 50-60Hz, 60VA universal power
supply, Adjustable label guides, Max. 5 blades, Label width: up to 6",
speed: fixed at 12"/sec. Provides a powered pinch roller to pull the
labels through the cutting blades rather than having to rely on the label
rewinder to pull the labels. Constant fixed cutting speed of about 12 ips
means that you can rewind using any Labelmate rewinder equipped with a
Quick-Chuck. Because it is self powered you can use more cutting blades
than on a slitter that is powered by a rewinder. The S-100-SP comes with 2
blades and can hold up to 5. Not suitable for in-line slitting
applications. The minimum slit width for all standard slitters is 3/4"
because of the blade lock screw. |

Labelmate Separator Plates
 |
Use when slitting. Makes removal of slit rolls
easy. Label separator plates keep slit label rolls from interleaving or
telescoping.. Use aluminum separator plates for the inner and outer
plates, and thin plastic separator plates in-between slit rolls. Typical
order: 2 aluminum (AL) separator plates plus plastic (PL) plates equal to
the number of cutting blades. |
