Accounts Payable and Purchasing
- Supervise and/or Perform Accounts Payable functions.
- Supervise Shipping and Receiving functions.
- Purchase Inventory
- Develops, modifies, implements and documents changes to office procedures, practices and policies to improve effectiveness and efficiency by establishing standards; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
- Plans, directs, coordinates and reviews the work of a small group of office support staff providing varied office assistance to the company. Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to both office support staff and managers.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business or 3 years equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a computerized environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment using email, messaging, and phone calls
- Ability to organize, coordinate, and prioritize a variety of assignments with varying deadlines/ work effectively under pressure with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to function effectively in an administrative support capacity and maintain strict confidentiality.
