Programmable, non-scaling preset counter for opaque labels mounted on a chassis with guides to position the label web through the label sensor. Counters require a CAT-3 rewinder to pull labels through the counter. All digital. No adjustments required for different label webs. There must be a gap between successive labels. Count up or down. Preset batch size to automatically stop the rewinder when desired count is reached.  Web width: up to 10"

Quick Chucks are core chucks for quick loading and unloading of label rolls. They are ideal for heavy rolls and production operations. Because they grip multiple cores equally, they are perfect for slitting too. All Quick Chucks fit a 0.625" diameter shaft with flat. A setscrew locks the Quick Chuck to the flat on the shaft. They are supplied with an inner flange and an Allen wrench for the setscrew. Quick Chucks are standard on premium models of Labelmate rewinders and unwinders.
